Contest Rules

All residential projects must be a customer of a participating water agency:

City of San Diego
Helix Water District
Olivenhain MWD
Otay Water District
Padre Dam MWD
San Dieguito Water District
Sweetwater Authority
Vallecitos Water District
Vista Irrigation District

Overall water efficiency will be evaluated. The competition committee reserves the right to issue no award if the entries are deemed undeserving.

Judges' decisions are final.
